PUBLIC HEARING FOR ORDINANCE 1665

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bandon City Council will conduct a public hearing at a regular meeting on April 1, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. on the following matter:

ORDINANCE 1665 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL CODE AMENDMENT & COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

     This public hearing will be conducted in-person at the City of Bandon City Council Chamber, 555 HWY 101, Bandon, OR 97411 and remotely via Zoom. The ordinance is available on the City's website at www.cityofbandon.org. A copy of the related agenda report will be available for download from the website prior to the public meeting.

     Public comments can be provided during the meeting, may be sent via email to jhinojosa@cityofbandon.org or by hard copy to the Office of the City Recorder, PO Box 67, Bandon, OR 97411, no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please identify the agenda item number in the subject line of the email or hard copy document. All written correspondence received by the 4:00 p.m. deadline will be distributed to the legislative body prior to the meeting. During the meeting, your name and summary comments will be read into the record. The document will be retained with the public record of the meeting.

     If you challenge the above-mentioned item and related actions in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence sent or emailed to the Office of the City Recorder prior to the public hearing.
