Mary Schamehorn, Mayor
A native of Bandon, who retired from the Western World newspaper in 2004. She is now a member of the Southern Coos Health District Board of Directors where she serves as secretary. She served on the City Council for nine years in the late '70s and early '80s.

Peter Braun, Councilor
A Bandon High graduate and owner of a local business, The Cobblers Bench. Peter is also President of the Greater Bandon Association Board of Directors, President of the Washed Ashore Board, and a member of the Bandon Masonic Lodge.

Chris Powell, Councilor
Has lived in Bandon for the past 23 years and has been on the City Council twice, in 2004-2008 and then from 2010 to present. He owns and operates the Bandon Baking Company with his wife Kim.

Geri Procetto, Councilor
Geri is native New Yorker who spent 40 years in California, first in Los Angeles and then in Central Valley town of Merced. It was in this small farming community that Geri first began her work in community service, as a leader in her children's local 4-H Club and later as an elected member of the Weaver School Board. She and her late husband, John, moved to Bandon in 1995. Geri continued her community involvement here as a member of the Welcome Club, Red Hat Society, Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Toastmaster’s International. Serving as councilor since 1996.

Madeline Seymour, Council President
She retired from the construction accounting field in 2011 and moved to Bandon from Southern California. She continues her lifelong commitment to volunteerism with the VFW Auxiliary, Holiday Meals, Bandon Welcome Club and wherever the need arises.

Brian Vick, Councilor
A Bandon resident for over 32 years. Has had the honor of serving as Mayor and three prior terms as a Bandon City Councilor. In 2015, Brian's daughter and family moved to S. Helens, where his son-in-law will be working in the wastewater treatment plant for the City of St. Helens.
