             2.1     23-045, A de novo Public Hearing for the Appeal of a Planning Commission     approval of a conditional use permit to construct a 110-room hotel, two restaurant   spaces, meeting rooms, and spa, as well as 32 villas/suites and a site plan review for     commercial design standards, parking, signage, and height on property zoned  Controlled Development 1 in the City of Bandon.
