Possible fees include a copy fee of $.30/per side black and white, $.50/per side for color copies, a research fee and/or a transmittal fee. Research fee will be charged at the staff member's hourly rate including overhead who is conducting the research. If the cost exceeds $25 to fill the request, a written cost estimate will be provided to the requester, who then must provide confirmation that he or she wants staff to proceed with the request. Payment must be received prior to materials being released. Extensive research and/or copies require an advance cash deposit. In addition, there is a $17.00 charge for audio CD's & DVD's. Police report 15 pages or less is $15 ($1.00 for each additional page).
