ACESSORY DWELLING UNIT AMNESTY PROGRAM (ADU)

Effective June 30th, 2024, the

The Planning Department will be ending

the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

Amnesty Program.  This program waived

the System Development Charges (SDC)

for new ADU applications.  After

June 30th, SDCs will need to be

paid by the applicant.
